Mike Mizanin is a roommate on The Real World: Back to New York.

A fireball of energy, Mike is the quintessential all-American boy from Parma, Ohio, a predominantly white middle-class suburb of Cleveland. An only child whose parents are divorced, Mike found a sense of family in his college fraternity. While Mike seems to be quite the chick magnet, he's a bit naive about relationships and has a deep need to be loved.

After Real World

Mike went on to do several seasons of The Challenge (at the time known as Real World/Road Rules Challenge). In 2005, he appeared on Battle of the Network Reality Stars. He was a member of the Dark Blue team, and he lost in the Final Challenge.

He has hosted several reunion specials for The Challenge, as well as two seasons of The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars spin-off. He went on to other reality ventures as well, appearing on Fear Factor with The Real World: Las Vegas alum and fellow challenger Trishelle Cannatella, during which they won $150,000. During the second stunt, Mike broke up a controversial fight between Fear Factor host Joe Rogan and former Amazing Race contestant Jonathan Baker. He now stars in his own show titled Miz & Mrs.

Mike had a successful career in wrestling, going by the stage name "The Miz". He has several championships in the WWE.
