Cory Williams is one of the original roommates on Real World: Ex-Plosion. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Cory works as a personal trainer in Santa Monica. His ex is Lauren, his on-and-off childhood sweetheart. Originally a football star, Cory lost a scholarship due to a pregnancy scare with another girl which turned out to be a hoax.
Biography
On a journey to do the right thing, Cory complicated his life with multiple women and his inability to express himself. Cory, the football star, lost his athletic scholarship from Ohio Dominican University due to a pregnancy scare with a girl that he was dating. He later discovered that the story was a complete hoax, which lead him to leave school with a year left to complete. He has recently moved to Los Angeles from his home in Michigan where he now loves working as a personal trainer at a national gym. Back home, Cory has an ex-girlfriend Lauren whom he has dated on and off since the seventh grade. Their stormy relationship has resulted in ongoing issues with cheating, jealousy, explosive tempers, and crazy arguments. Cory was less than thrilled to find out his ex was joining him this season on the Real World, since he already started forming a friends with benefits relationship with roommate Jenny. Will Cory be able to make up with his ex-girlfriend and form a friendship or more with her or does he find himself so attracted to Jenny that he wants to let Lauren go?

After Real World
After Real World, Cory returned to LA, where he continued to build his career as a personal trainer and works on his health brand. He still keeps in touch with Lauren.
Almost a year after his season was off the air, Cory went on to do multiple seasons of The Challenge. In 2017, Cory welcomed his first daughter, Ryder, with Are You the One? alum and fellow The Challenge: Rivals III contestant Cheyenne Floyd. Then, in 2018, the two joined the cast of Teen Mom OG.
Also in 2018, Cory has also appeared on the MTV reality dating series, Ex on the Beach in 2018, with ex-girlfriend and Are You the One? alum Alicia Wright. Ex on the Beach was also where he met his current girlfriend Taylor Selfridge. In May 2020, Cory and Taylor welcomed their first daughter Mila.
